Returns and refunds

Due to the handmade-to-order nature of wisāl studio, all sales are final. 

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please reach out before purchasing if you have any questions. 

 

Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@wisal-studio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you. 

Once photos are received, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
