Shipping & Returns

All wisāl studio pieces are made-to-order with attention and care. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before shipment. If you need your order sooner, please email us at info@wisal-studio.com prior to placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Shipping Rates

    •    Within the U.S.: flat rate of $10 USD

    •    International: flat rate of $16 USD

Orders over $200 USD will require a signature at delivery for added security.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. 

Once your order has left our studio, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages, but we will always do what we can to support you in the case of an issue. 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade-to-order nature of wisāl studio, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about a piece.

If you receive a piece that arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you :)
